The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and appearance of Gamble Garden’s historic home, buildings, and grounds while supporting the organization’s rental program. This role ensures that the facilities meet daily operational needs while preserving their historical integrity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for working in a mission-driven environment.

Gamble Garden is seeking a dynamic, organized, and highly reliable Events Coordinator to oversee its facility rentals function. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various events. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution for clients renting our beautiful garden and indoor spaces for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, and community gatherings.

Seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure guest safety and Gamble Garden policies during event rentals. Ideal candidates will thoroughly learn all rental policies and procedures to be able to answer questions and enforce our rules for the safety of our guests and the care and maintenance of our historic home and garden. Shifts are predominately on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for six to eight hours, so weekend availability is required. Some weekday evening shifts may be available based on our rental calendar.
