Gamble Garden is looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the organization’s marketing and communications efforts at a pivotal moment in our history. We are actively engaged in a capital campaign to build a new Horticultural Complex, and we need a skilled communicator who can steward that campaign narrative while managing the full scope of our day-to-day marketing — from social media and email to event promotion and media relations.

This role blends high-level strategy with real execution. You’ll develop and manage our editorial calendar, grow our social media presence, promote our classes and events, and help tell the story of a beloved community institution. Part-time, 0-15 hrs/wk, scheduled as-needed, some evenings and weekends required.

The Facilities Assistant supports volunteer-led fundraising events, community rentals, and internal programs by completing event setup and breakdown efficiently and according to detailed specifications. This role is well-suited to someone who is reliable, physically active, and comfortable working short, flexible shifts that may arise on evenings or weekends.

Shifts are often brief (1–2 hours) and scheduled within a defined time window. For example, a setup may need to be completed by 8:00 a.m. on a Tuesday but can be done anytime after Sunday afternoon, or a quick turnover may be required between events on a Saturday.
