Your Thanksgiving table will be complete with a gorgeous floral centerpiece that you create! Learn how to design a low, horizontal arrangement that will be perfect for your dinner table and admired by your family and guests. We will incorporate seasonal elements such as pods, grasses and cones to create a textural visual feast. Katherine will share some tips on how to best care for your arrangement so you may enjoy it for as long as possible. She will also share some ideas about how to add botanical elements to your holiday table decor.

Instructor Bio
Katherine Glazier is an instructor and floral arranger at Gamble Garden and she co-led the floral design program at Filoli for eight years. She holds a European Master Certification (EMC) and a Teacher’s Diploma in the Sogetsu school of Ikebana. Katherine exhibits at Bouquets to Art at the deYoung Museum and she conducts public floral demonstrations. Seasonal and locally grown material, with an emphasis on the beauty of California floriculture, is showcased in her designs.
