Learn this unique art form called Cyanotype and create your own striking blue prints and tote bag to take home. Cyanotype photography is a camera-less technique that involves laying an object on paper coated with a solution of iron salts before exposing it to UV light (e.g. natural sunlight) and washing with water to create stunning white and Prussian blue images.
Suitable for adults and teens. All materials provided. No experience required. Everyone attending must have a paid ticket. This class is hosted by Gamble Garden and Pacific Art League.

Instructor Bio
Artist and instructor BeBe Jacobs has undergrad and master’s degrees in architecture from the University of Virginia. With a professional background in architecture and photography, BeBe returns to her love for drawing and painting to explore creativity through the fine arts. She currently teaches Chinese Brush Painting, watercolor, mixed media, photography, and textile art at the Pacific Art League. BeBe also develops and organizes art events for the community.
