Learn how to create a very natural and organic container using Rosemary or other seasonal botanicals. We will compliment this unique container with gorgeous blooms from the summer garden. Katherine will demonstrate some additional ways to create unique containers using leaves, ribbons or branches to further inspire you. Come and join us for a creative morning at Gamble and learn some new techniques to add to your study of floral design.
Please bring your floral clippers. All other materials are included. This class is suitable for adults and teens.

Instructor Bio
Katherine Glazier is an instructor and floral arranger at Gamble Garden and she co-led the floral design program at Filoli for eight years. She holds a European Master Certification (EMC) and a Teacher’s Diploma in the Sogetsu school of Ikebana. Katherine exhibits at Bouquets to Art at the deYoung Museum and she conducts public floral demonstrations. Seasonal and locally grown material, with an emphasis on the beauty of California floriculture, is showcased in her designs.
