Enjoy a morning at Gamble Garden and learn how to construct and design an autumnal wreath filled with seasonal botanicals. Discover how to weave branches, greenery and an abundance of textural elements into a stunning wreath ready to hang on your front door! The techniques you learn in this class will enable you to create wreaths for any season. Instructor Katherine Glazier will also demonstrate how to embellish your wreath with fresh flowers at home for further enjoyment.
All materials and container provided. Please bring floral clippers strong enough to cut small branches.

Instructor Bio
Katherine Glazier is an instructor and floral arranger at Gamble Garden and she co-led the floral design program at Filoli for eight years. She holds a European Master Certification (EMC) and a Teacher’s Diploma in the Sogetsu school of Ikebana. Katherine exhibits at Bouquets to Art at the deYoung Museum and she conducts public floral demonstrations. Seasonal and locally grown material, with an emphasis on the beauty of California floriculture, is showcased in her designs.
