Carmen Pekelsma and Jane Stocklin will demonstrate how to prepare a variety of appetizers — some super easy and fast, others a taking little more time, for a variety of budgets and serving sizes. Hearty, hot, healthy, and holiday appetizers… this class has it all! Includes hints on presentation and plating, plus a tasting of the appetizers with a drink.
All participants will be given copies of all recipes to take home!
