Spring Tour
Gamble's major annual fund-raising event, the Spring Tour, is
Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26, 2008, 10AM to 4PM!
Five unique and beautiful gardens near Gamble Garden have been selected
to be featured in our upcoming tour.

depends on the help of more than 250 volunteers.
We need garden docents, ticket sellers, lunch help, office support and more.

A Mother’s Day Jazz Brunch in the Garden
Celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 11, 2008 at 10:30AM or 12:30PM
in the most gorgeous garden in Palo Alto with sunshine, live jazz, champagne and a sumptuous buffet!
Guests can tour the gardens, feast alfresco on the Carriage House Patio, and enjoy jazz and coffee on the Tea House Patio.
Reserve an intimate table for two, invite guests or come with a group of friends. You can also join us at a special open table
to enjoy lively conversation with other Friends of Gamble Garden. In response to the feedback about past events,
there will be two seatings to accommodate busy schedules.
Fee: $65.00 per adult and $50.00 per child (2 to 10 years old), all-inclusive.

T-Rex Thunderlizard’s Wild West Revue
Calling all cowboys and cowgirls down to Gamble Garden for hot dogs and Wild West entertainment!
Nick Barone Puppets presents an all new half-hour musical comedy cowboy show of prehistoric proportions.
A cast of over twenty friendly dinosaurs, dressed as cowboys, will entertain you with songs, jokes and skits.
This fun-filled romp through the Wild West is chock full of dinosaur facts and it's lots of fun to boot!
So saddle on up for a rip-roarin' trip back to the Jurassic. YEE HAW!!!

Fee: $20 / members, $25 / non-members. Ages 3 and older.

Our Community Day is held each October and is filled with children's activities, live music, demonstrations, a country store and much more.

 Garden Fresh Luncheons
Gamble Garden is pleased to announce our new Garden Fresh Luncheons, offered in place of the lovely Teas we have done in the past.
With an earlier time and fabulous
new menu, Gamble invites you to join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at noon and for the
Holiday Luncheons in December.
Garden Fresh Luncheons are the perfect setting for your next book group, birthday celebration, ladies lunch,
lunch date, colleagues, or bridesmaid event.
Garden Fresh Luncheons are Wednesdays at noon: February 13 (SOLD OUT), March 12 (SOLD OUT), April 9, May 14 (SOLD OUT), June 11,
September 10, and October 8. The Holiday Luncheons are December 9, December 10, December 11, December 12,
and December 13.
Fee: Lunch is $20 per person from February - November, and $25 per person for the December Holiday Luncheons.
We are offering group discounts: Groups of 6-9 guests receive a 15% discount
per person = $17/$21.25 (Holiday Lunch) and Groups of 10 to 20 guests
(10 guests maximum for Holiday Lunches) = $16/$20 (Holiday Lunch).

Docent-Led Tours
Guided tours of the buildings and gardens include historical and horticultural information.
Available Monday through Friday for groups of 8 to 50 at $5 per person; minimum charge of $40.00 .

four weeks in advance to schedule a date, time and docent(s) for your group.
Garden Travel Tours
Past tours have included travel to England, Scotland, Wales, Italy and France. Tours feature many private gardens opened especially for tour participants as well as notable public gardens. No new tours are currently planned.
